Subaru Freeskiing World Tour Qualifier Moves to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

The Subaru Freeskiing World Tour is returning to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort with the Subaru Freeskiing World Tour Qualifier on January 27-30, 2011. The tour stop at Jackson Hole will serve as a qualifying event for top skiers who are not already qualified for the World Tour.

The resort features a vertical drop of 4,139 feet within 2500 acres of inbounds terrain, and with the biggest opening on record, conditions are expected to be ideal for the January event.

After Jackson Hole, WY, the Subaru Freeskiing World Tour continues on to Crested Butte, CO for the 16th Annual Subaru U.S. Extreme Freeskiing Championships on February 17-21, 2011. The tour then heads west to Kirkwood, CA for the Subaru North America Freeskiing Championships on February 23-27, 2011. The final stop will find the world's best skiers competing at the Subaru Freeskiing World Tour Championships in Snowbird, UT on March 8-13.
